Recognized as the most important and highlighted action in the country for the development and qualification of suppliers, the Integrated Program for Development and Qualification of Suppliers (Prodfor) delivered 72 recertification during a ceremony held at Mec Show 2016 on Tuesday (26) at the Pavilion Carapina, Serra.
Completing 18 years of operation, the program provided about 650 certifications in different management systems (Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Financial Management, Tax and Labor), becoming a reference for other States conducting similar actions. In addition to the recertified companies, the ceremony brought together the executive coordinator of the program, Luciano Raizer Moura, the superintendent of the IEL-ES, Fabio Dias, and representatives of some sponsoring companies: ArcelorMittal, Canexus, Cesan, Fibria, Samarco, Sebrae, Vale and Technip .
Luciano Raizer spoke of the importance of businesses in maintaining the quality standard certified by Prodfor. “We have three companies that hold certification from the existence of the program. This demonstrates credibility for companies and also for Prodfor with the sponsors, “he argued.
